Additional Info

All participants of Madrone’s memberships will have card info stored on file to be charged on the same day each month. Memberships can be paused or cancelled any time. If paused, there is a $25 holding fee. There are no refunds of services left unused. Memberships cannot be shared . Gratuity is not included in membership fees. Additional members may be added to your membership for 20% off each person added. Must be on same card.
